Challenge
Vulnerable groups struggle to access help and services: information is scattered and mainstream digital services ignore their needs.
Solution
Together with NGOs and government agencies we build accessible digital services: targeted-aid platforms, directories of public and social services, and tools connecting citizens with the right organisations — focused on simplicity and safety.
About the project
Social projects are a dedicated WIRES DEVS track. We build small, socially oriented services that help vulnerable groups: people with disabilities, patients, mothers and families in hard life situations, and the elderly. These are services for receiving help, case support, staying informed, communicating with organisations and specialists, submitting requests and accessing social services.
These projects are delivered together with government agencies, public and charitable organisations
Who we help
Five groups that mainstream services fail
People with disabilities
Accessible interfaces, catalogs of nearby services and specialist booking without queues or extra trips.
Patients
Clear care routes, appointment reminders and a line to specialised and patient organisations.
Mothers and families
Targeted aid, crisis counselling and legal support for families in hard life situations.
The elderly
Home visit care, social worker requests and interfaces that are large and clear at first glance.
People in hardship
A single help window for other categories of citizens: information, requests and support service contacts.
The thread of support
From “where do I turn?” to confirmed help
The situation
A person needs help, but information is scattered and mainstream services ignore their abilities. Instead of a dozen offices — one clear window.
The request
A simple form with minimal fields: pick the situation, describe it in your own words. You can also apply on behalf of someone close.
Routing
The request reaches the right organisation — a government agency, an NGO or a foundation. A curator is assigned to own the case.
Follow-through
The person sees the status at every step, and the organisation follows the case to the outcome: help delivered and confirmed.
Try it yourself
Build a route of help in one tap
This is an interactive demo of how our social services work. Pick a situation — the platform matches services, routes the request to the right organisation and shows the statuses through to the outcome.
- Every situation gets its own set of services and its own partner organisation
- The person doesn't need to know the agencies — routing does it for them
- Statuses are visible to both sides: the person and the organisation
Choose who needs help
Needs accessible services close to home and a clear way to book them — without queues or extra trips.

Two sides of the platform
Simple for the person. Manageable for the organisation
01 · The person's app
Three big buttons instead of a maze of agencies
The home screen answers one question: “how can we help?”. Get help, find a service, contact a specialist — large elements, plain language, nothing extra. The active request is always in sight with its status and curator.
- Minimal fields and steps in every flow
- Requests on your own or a loved one's behalf
- Status and curator right on the home screen

02 · The organisation's workspace
A stream of requests instead of scattered calls
A government agency, NGO or foundation receives requests in a single workspace: aid type, district, curator and status for every case. Nothing gets lost in messengers and paper logs — each case and the whole picture stay visible.
- Curator assignment and deadline control
- Statuses: new → in progress → help delivered
- Filters by aid type and district
Service types
Six shapes that support can take
Receiving help
Targeted-aid platforms: a request in a couple of steps and a transparent path to fulfilment.
Case support
A curator and statuses for every case: no one is left alone with the system.
Staying informed
Clear instructions, reminders and guides: what you are entitled to, where to go, which documents you need.
Communication
Channels to organisations and specialists: the question reaches someone who can actually help.
Submitting requests
Electronic requests instead of queues: registered, with deadlines and owners.
Access to services
Catalogs of public and social services: everything a person is entitled to, in one place.
Accessibility
Interfaces that put up no barriers
Plain language
No officialese: short phrases, familiar words, one step — one action.
Large elements
Big buttons, high contrast and scalable text — for low vision and limited motor skills.
Screen readers
Semantic markup and labels on every element — the interface reads aloud correctly.
Weak connections
Lightweight pages and PWA: the services run on old phones and slow connections.
Native language
Kyrgyz and Russian across all services: help is clear in the language you think in.
Minimal data
We collect only what's needed and store it in a protected perimeter: vulnerability is no excuse for risk.
How the projects are born
Three partners, one thread of support
Government agencies
Provide access to services and data and anchor the product in real agency processes — like the MIA in the Kamkor project.
Public organisations
Know the people they serve and their real needs: we design the flows with them instead of inventing them.
Charitable foundations
Fund targeted aid and gain transparency: it's visible who received which help and when.
The track in numbers
A thread that doesn't break
Each social project is small, but behind it are real people whom help actually reached
1000+
people get help and information through the track's services
5
support groups — from people with disabilities to the elderly
3
sides in every project: the person, NGOs and the state
24/7
access to information and help channels, no days off
Result
Thousands of people from vulnerable groups get help and information through the services we've built.
